In this interview, Mr. Humphreys discusses his experiences growing sugar beets. Topics include: his use of machinery and pesticides; his imprssions of the relationship between the growers association and Empire State Sugar Company; and his impressions of the New York State College of Agriculture and Life Sciences' contributions to the New York State sugar beet industry.
